Ms. Julie Hipley joined PSCG in 2010. She is an experienced, innovative professional with a proven track record of management, supervision and new program implementation, in both corporate and non-profit environments. Julie is active in local community organizations that address zoning issues and issues specific to lower income communities including successful grant writing for community projects. Ms. Hipley is a gifted communicator and mediator, capable of defining issues and developing solutions.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE

    Co-owner, 2008 to present
    Develop curriculum and retreat strategies for youth ministry programs, creating a forum for publishing the writings of disabled authors, and the parents of children with disabilities.
  • International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 26 Trust Fund, Lanham, MD
    Office Administrator, 2008
    Managed all aspects of office operations including maintaining W9 files for medical providers, tracking daily deposits, and preparing vendor invoices in QuickBooks. Primarily responsible for customer service.
  • Cathedral of Mary Our Queen, Baltimore, MD
    Executive Coordinator, 2001 to 2008
    Directed the day-to-day operations of the City of Baltimore's largest Roman Catholic parish community. Responsible for daily functions of the parish office and for managing the extensive ongoing and special event calendars for the Cathedral and the parish staff. Wrote and prepared the weekly parish bulletin for publication. Maintained several specialized databases that tracked the parish census and funds and developed regular reports for submission to the Archdiocese of Baltimore. Integral in reestablishing a viable youth, and youth service program for the parish. Developed and maintained the parish archives that include the daily diary of the lead architect dating from 1955. Planned and executed the public reception for 1200 people for the installation of the current Archbishop of Baltimore.

    Responsible for overall management of operations and creating consumer friendly store. Supervised and trained a work force of over twenty employees. Accountable to corporate headquarters for cost containment, budget compliance, and building maintenance. Received 1999 Corporate Award for Highest Level of Loss Prevention. Received Community recognition from the NAACP for assistance in opening a learning service center on Liberty Road.
